TeamView® Survey - Ask your customers what they think about your Service!
TeamView® Survey is an automated survey tool used to gain feedback on the customers experience of their recent interaction. Automated surveys are used to improve service quality and increase customer loyalty.
Scantalks TeamView® Survey allows the enterprise to design their own survey questionnaire, record voice prompts and test the survey.
When a survey goes live, customers who dials the contact centre will be asked, either by the agent or by a voice recording, if they would like to give feedback on the quality of the service they received. Customers who is willing to participate are transferred to the survey right after the call automatically. The customer is then presented with a set of pre-recorded question, and asked to respond using the telephone keypad.
