TeamView® Presence Manager is a productivity and service improving application which simplifies working processes by enabling all users to
• efficiently inform the reception/switchboard about absences and transfers
• quickly identify colleagues using the streamlined search facility (phonebook)


The application optimizes customer service by prevents unsuccessfull calls and transfers and provides users with a fast and efficient directory for colleague lookup.

Absence messages and transfers All users can set absence messages directly from the application by clicking on the desired icon. In addition • Users can attach a short absence message
• The reception/switchboard is aut. informed when a user logged in to the PC
• A screenpop informs the user about active messages or diverts
• E-mails can be send from the application
The system supports an unlimited amount of absence messages. Users can use up to 12 messages.
